How do I determine my correct hat size?
To find your perfect fit, measure the circumference of your head about one inch above your eyebrows using a soft measuring tape. Most of our hats feature an internal drawstring that allows you to adjust the fit for maximum comfort.
What is the UPF rating of Wallaroo hats?
The majority of our collection is rated UPF 50+, which blocks 97.5% of the sun's harmful ultraviolet rays. Look for the 'UPF 50+' label on specific product pages for maximum sun protection.
Can I pack my hat in a suitcase for travel?
Many of our styles are specifically designed to be 'packable' or 'crushable.' We recommend stuffing the crown with soft clothing and laying it flat in your suitcase. Please check the individual product description to see if a specific style is travel-friendly.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original condition with tags attached. Simply visit our online return portal to start a return or exchange for a different size or style.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes 5-7 business days, though expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
How should I clean and care for my hat?
Most of our hats should be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. We do not recommend machine washing or dry cleaning unless specifically stated on the care label inside the hat.
